●In addition to these terms, customers shall agree to and use this service in accordance with any other rules, regulations, etc., separately established by the Company regarding rental use.

●Users of this service shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms. Furthermore, the Company may revise these terms without prior or subsequent notice to the customer, and the revised terms shall apply from the time they are posted on this service after revision. If the service is used after the changes, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

Article 2 (Purpose of this Service)

The purpose of this service is for the Company to rent out (hereinafter referred to as "rent") "electric assist bicycles" (hereinafter referred to as "the Bicycles") to customers for a separately determined period and fee.

Article 3 (Ownership)

Ownership of the Bicycles belongs to the Company.

Article 4 (Usage Time, Rental Fee, Extension of Rental Period)

●Rental fees are added daily for each product according to the specified charges.

●Rental commencement (rental procedure, delivery of vehicle) shall be within the Company's business hours, and that day shall be counted as the first day (0 nights, 1 day).

●A day is counted until the Company's closing time, and after the closing time, it becomes the second day (1 night, 2 days).

●Rental termination (return procedure, return of vehicle) shall be within the Company's business hours. If the Bicycles are returned after the Company's closing time on the rental end date, the customer will be charged an extension fee according to the Company's regulations.

●Once the rental product is ready, changes to the rental product cannot be made.

●Rental fees will be incurred even if the product cannot be used due to a malfunction or defect caused by the customer's negligence, unless the malfunction or defect is due to the Company's responsibility.

●If the rental period is extended beyond the rental end date, the fee for the extended period must be paid in advance.

●The start date of the extended period will be the same as the end date of the rental period already under contract.

●Please contact the store to request an extension one business day before the extension start date (rental end date during the contract period) and promptly pay the extension period fee.

●If the desired end date of the extended use falls on a Company holiday, please apply for the end of use to be on a business day before or after the holiday.

●Extension procedures on the rental end date of a current contract may not be possible depending on the vehicle's inventory status.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

●This service can only be canceled for reasons that meet the Company's regulations.

●If a cancellation request is made by 5:00 PM one business day before the rental start date, the fee will be refunded. However, depending on the payment method, the refund may exclude payment processing fees or bank transfer fees.

●In case of mid-term cancellation, no refund will be given for the amount paid at the time of application.

●If you do not visit us on the rental start date without prior notice, no refund will be given for the amount paid at the time of application.

Article 6 (Delivery of Product)

●The Bicycles will be handed over after you visit our store during business hours and complete all necessary procedures, including explanations of details. At the time of handover, you will be required to submit a copy of an identification document that proves your current address.

Article 7 (Return of Product)

The Bicycles must be returned by visiting our store during business hours. As a general rule, we do not offer collection or return procedures outside the store.

Article 8 (Rental Application)

All applications must be processed through the reservation site.

Article 9 (Cancellation of Application)

The Company may cancel a user's rental application due to unavoidable reasons such as damage or destruction of the product, or due to a shortage of product inventory. In such cases, the user will be notified in advance via email from the reservation site where the application was made, or by other contact methods.

Article 10 (Management of the Bicycles)

●The customer shall use and manage the Bicycles rented from the Company with the care of a good manager.

●The Bicycles must be stored in a place protected from rain and wind, or a bicycle cover must be used. Electrical components such as the drive unit and switches may malfunction due to typhoons or heavy rains. In such cases, all repair costs and related expenses will not be covered by compensation.

●If the vehicle is returned in a state that makes it impossible to rent out to the next customer immediately, such as being significantly soiled from driving on muddy roads, a cleaning fee equivalent to one day's rental charge may be collected.

Article 11 (Malfunctions)

●Repairs for malfunctions caused by the customer's operation, such as deterioration of consumables, punctures, falls, or collisions, will be charged. Please contact our shop or take the bicycle to a nearby electric assist bicycle dealer for repair. If you have repairs done elsewhere, please ensure that genuine parts are used for replacement.

●When returning the Bicycles, we ask that you restore them to their original condition at the start of the rental. If, during the final inspection by our maintenance staff upon return, parts other than genuine parts that were not confirmed at the start of the rental, punctures, deteriorated parts, scratches, damage, rust, etc., are found, you may be charged for the repair costs estimated by the Company. In such cases, we will bill you for the repair costs at a later date.

Article 12 (Damages for the Bicycles)

●If the Bicycles become unreturnable or irreparable due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as improper use or handling, the actual repair costs will be borne by the customer in case of accidental damage.

●In the event of theft, please file a theft report and notify the Company of the police station where the report was filed, the date and time of filing, and the acceptance number. As there is no manufacturer's warranty for used rentals, if you can provide the number of keys that came with the used vehicle, 50% of the sales price of an equivalent model at our store will be charged as the base amount. If keys cannot be provided due to loss, 80% will be charged.

●In case of key loss, you will be charged 3,000 yen (excluding tax) per key.

Article 13 (Damages to Third Parties)

If personal or property damage is caused to a third party due to the customer's use or storage of the Bicycles, the customer shall, at their own responsibility, promptly pay the third party compensation equivalent to the extent of the damage. The Company does not handle bicycle insurance. Please join one on your own.

Article 14 (Removal of Abandoned Bicycles)

If the bicycle is removed as an abandoned bicycle, a return notice will be sent to the Company. In this case, the Company will retrieve the bicycle and contact the customer. The customer will be responsible for the actual costs incurred plus a collection fee of 8,000 yen (excluding tax). Furthermore, if the retrieved bicycle is damaged, the repair costs will be borne by the customer. After retrieval, the bicycle will be stored at the Company, and the customer must come to pick it up. If the customer wishes for delivery, a shipping fee of 15,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. Please pay this in cash upon delivery.
